A quiet space away from the daily rush.
Where your care is completely unhurried, no decisions are required, and nobody asks you for a single thing.
In everyday life, women constantly anticipate everyone’s needs, manage endless schedules, and hold everything together—often carrying that invisible weight and exhaustion in clenched jaws, tight shoulders, and tired bodies.
Through therapeutic reflexology, your nervous system is given permission to step out of high alert and settle into deep, restorative rest—so you can finally stop holding it together and simply be cared for.
Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
- Feeling flat and depleted every day, even when all your blood tests show nothing is technically wrong.
- Your body is ready to drop, but your mind won't switch off, making true rest impossible.
- Living on autopilot, pushing through each day while ignoring how exhausted you are.
- Running so hard for everyone else that you can't remember the last time you paused for yourself.
- Struggling to find words, forgetting why you entered a room, or feeling completely frazzled by everyday noise and clutter.
- Your shoulders living up by your ears, breathing shallow, or your jaw clenched until it aches.
- Carrying a physical "knot" in your stomach that flares up whenever demands pile up.
When Stress Hits
Breathing turns shallow, muscles tighten, and both circulation and digestion slow down.
Left to carry that tension, it easily settles into the body—causing headaches and back ache, upsetting digestion, and disrupting your natural sleep and hormonal cycles.
How Reflexology Works
Both the feet and the face contain detailed reflex maps connected through nerve pathways to every system in the body. Applying steady, focused pressure stimulates blood flow, encourages lymphatic drainage, and interrupts that continuous cycle of pain and tension.
Whether on the feet or the face, treatments give tired, aching areas the circulation and quiet nervous-system state they need to regulate and recover.

I have been looking for a reflexologist in Galway City, since my lovely previous reflexologist moved from Nuns Island. Was impossible to find anyone in the City for years, but came across Mal, who is a fabulous Polish lady, who is located in her own practice in Roscam House, Roscam. I called her and had my first session this morning. She is a genuinely lovely girl and I enjoyed my hour with her. Just in case you have been having the same experiences, I thought I would just share this happy news with you. Also lots of free parking spaces outside the door!! If you do go, please tell her that I referred you - I told her, I would spread the word. Enjoy!
