Reflexology for Menopause
Menopause is a significant life stage, a time of profound hormonal change that can impact every aspect of your life—affecting your sleep, energy, mood, concentration, and physical comfort. It is a time when your body is asking for extra support.
For some women, this stage is a gentle shift; for others, it can be a stormy and disruptive period. Regardless of where you are on that spectrum, reflexology offers a practical, non-invasive way to help you manage your symptoms and feel more comfortable.
Supporting Your Care, Your Way
You may be managing your symptoms with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), or you may be exploring natural options. Reflexology is a wonderful complementary therapy that fits seamlessly into whatever approach you have chosen. It does not interfere with HRT, and can be a wonderful support for your general well-being.
My focus is entirely on your individual experience. I tailor every session to soothe the specific symptoms you are facing, helping you feel more balanced and comfortable.

What to Expect
Your time here is a quiet, uninterrupted space just for you.
Each session begins with a brief, confidential consultation to understand how you are feeling and what you would like support with on the day. Your treatment can be performed on the feet or the face, or a combination of both, focusing on reflex points connected to your endocrine (hormonal), reproductive, and nervous systems, as well as other key areas tailored to your primary symptoms.
The room is comfortable and relaxing—a place to simply switch off and let go.
A Gentle Reminder: While reflexology is a valuable tool for managing menopause symptoms, it works best as part of a broader approach. I also encourage clients to consider nutrition, movement, and stress management practices alongside their treatments.
Safety & Contraindications For full information on when reflexology may need to be adapted, please review the safety protocols.
