The Reflexology Practice

Treatments & Fees

Treatments are offered exclusively for women. All appointment times include a consultation, hands-on reflexology, and time at the end for aftercare advice. Please allow up to an extra 15 minutes for your first visit so we can complete a thorough initial consultation without taking away from your hands-on treatment.

Treatments

Facial Reflexology 60 minutes €85
Facial Reflexology & Sculpt 75 minutes €105
Foot Reflexology 60 minutes €70
Reflexology for Menopause 60 minutes €70
Reflexology for Cancer Care 60 minutes €70
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) 60 minutes €70

Booking & Appointments

You can book your appointments online, with payment by card or cash taken at the end of your visit.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive late, your session will conclude at the scheduled end time. This may reduce your hands-on treatment time, but the full fee remains payable.

Cancellations

You can cancel your appointment online up to 48 hours beforehand. For any short-notice cancellations after that window, please get in touch with me directly. If an unexpected emergency arises on the day of your treatment, please let me know as soon as possible.

Note: After booking, please check your inbox (and spam folder just in case) for your confirmation email and calendar invite.

Health Insurance Coverage

All reflexology treatments, including facial reflexology, are eligible for cover under qualifying private health insurance policies. Cover varies by plan, so please check with your insurer to confirm your specific per-visit allowance.

The Reflexology Practice is registered with the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (NRRI). NRRI-accredited treatments are recognised by the following health insurers and cash plan providers:

  • Laya Healthcare
  • Irish Life Health
  • Vhi Healthcare
  • Level Health
  • Garda Medical Aid Society
  • Hospital Saturday Fund (HSF)
  • Westfield Health (UK & NI)

A note on insurer directories: If you don't see my name on your insurer's online directory yet, this is simply because many directories only add a practitioner once an initial claim is submitted with their receipt. Rest assured, my NRRI accreditation is active, valid, and fully recognised across all providers listed above.

A digital, itemised receipt containing my full name, practice address, and NRRI registration number will be emailed to you immediately after your session for simple claim submission.
