About Me

I’m Malgorzata (or simply Mal), a reflexologist based in Galway. Originally from Poland, I have lived in Ireland for over 20 years and have made Galway my home.

I spent a long time in a job that just wasn’t a good fit. Looking for a new direction, I began training in reflexology, really enjoyed what I was learning, and eventually decided to build my practice around it.

This work is deeply personal to me. Having navigated my own periods of illness, medical treatment, and chronic pain over the years, I developed a profound respect for the body and what it carries. Living through that taught me firsthand how powerful gentle touch can be when everything else feels overwhelming. Reflexology offers exactly that—a supportive therapy that helps the body restore balance without demanding too much from it.

My approach is rooted in looking at the whole picture rather than treating parts of the body in isolation. I use reflexology to support women through everyday stress, hormonal transitions, chronic health issues, and recovery. Whatever brings someone through the door, the goal is always the same: to give the body the time and quiet space it needs to unwind and repair.

Because deep rest requires the right setting, I’ve created a space that feels calm and grounded, filled with plants and natural light. Sessions are completely unhurried, with no back-to-back bookings, so each person receives my full, undivided attention. Phones stay on silent here, offering a quiet pause from the outside world.
